Sector Rotation Alert (“the Service,” “we,” “us”) operates at rotationalert.com and provides a daily ETF momentum screener that analyzes publicly available market data to identify which sector or asset class appears dominant based on ETF price and volume signals. When our model detects a significant sector rotation, subscribers receive an email alert.
The Service is a data aggregation and pattern-recognition tool. It does not manage money, execute trades, provide personalized investment recommendations, or predict future market performance. Past rotations identified by the Service do not guarantee future results.
Sector Rotation Alert identifies dominant market sectors and themes — not specific securities. The Service tells you where momentum appears to be concentrated (e.g. Semiconductors, Gold, Energy). It does not tell you which specific stock, ETF, or fund to buy.
Any ETFs referenced in alerts, on the dashboard, or on any performance tracking page are illustrative examples used for internal performance tracking only. They are not recommendations. A conservative investor might use an unleveraged sector ETF such as VGT where our internal model tracks TQQQ. A more aggressive investor might use a 3x leveraged ETF. Someone else might rotate individual stocks within the identified sector.
Your choice of investment instrument — including which ETF, stock, fund, or other security best aligns with the identified sector — is entirely your own decision, based on your personal risk tolerance, investment objectives, time horizon, and financial situation. Sector Rotation Alert bears no responsibility for investment outcomes resulting from any instrument selection made by a subscriber.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Current pricing is $99/month or $799/year. All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your selected plan will begin billing automatically.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate. Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through the period you have already paid for.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or for email alerts that were sent but not acted upon. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.
We do not issue refunds based on the trading or investment performance of any sector, theme, or signal identified by the Service — including periods where a rotation did not result in a profitable outcome, where you disagree with a signal's accuracy, or where you did not act on an alert in time. As described in Section 1, the Service is an informational data and alerting tool, not an investment management service: it is delivered as described — scans run, and alerts are sent when a rotation is detected — regardless of subsequent market outcome. Dissatisfaction with trading results is not grounds for a refund.
The Service makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that following, acting on, or using any signal, alert, theme identification, or data provided by Sector Rotation Alert will result in profit or avoid loss. Markets are inherently unpredictable. Past performance of any sector rotation identified by the Service is not indicative of future results.
ETF returns shown in historical alerts represent hypothetical or observed past performance and carry no guarantee of similar future outcomes. You may lose money.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sector Rotation Alert, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or missed opportunities — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days prior to the claim.
All content, algorithms, email alerts, dashboard interfaces, and analysis produced by Sector Rotation Alert are our proprietary property. You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, or resell any content from the Service without written permission.
We make reasonable efforts to deliver daily scans on trading days and send alerts when rotations are detected. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be delayed, unavailable, or temporarily suspended due to maintenance, technical issues, data provider outages, or other factors outside our control. No credit or refund is owed for such interruptions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or abusive account activity, or non-payment.
If we terminate a paid subscription for reasons other than your breach of these Terms, we will refund any unused prepaid period at our discretion. Termination for cause — including suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms — is not eligible for refund.
